Handgun Level 4 for Women

This intensive two-day class builds upon and refines the skill sets previously established in Handgun 3 while also introducing shooters to new drills, cutting edge concepts, and core shooting principles.

Prerequisites:

This is an intermediate level class. The student needs to know and be able to demonstrate safe gun handling, weapon system familiarity, foundational marksmanship skills, and working from a holster.

We strongly recommend completion of Handgun 3 for Women or its equivalent prior to registering for this course.

Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the specific class may be removed from training.
Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering.

Firearm:

Quality functional semi-automatic pistol – no micro pistols or pocket pistols. Full size and compact pistols only.

Protection:

Tuition includes free loan of holsters, safety glasses and hearing protection.

Outline/Content:

  • Responsible firearms ownership and defensive applications of the pistol
  •  Firearms safety that works - at home, workplace, vehicle, in training, and in carry
  • Selection of a defensive pistol and accessories
  • Review of tactical communication, searching and scanning, and threat identification
  • etc.
